Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SGCWin ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at sgcwin.click (the "Platform").

SGCWin is operated under international gaming regulations and is designed to serve adult players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including football, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports), esports wagering, and related entertainment services.

By accessing or using any part of the SGCWin Platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To open and maintain an Account on the SGCWin Platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. SGCWin enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with the minimum age applicable to licensed casino and sports betting activities. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been legally declared incapable may not register an Account.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or illegal under local law.
• One account per person: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate, multi-accounting, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
• Not a self-excluded player: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement on the SGCWin Platform or any third-party responsible gambling registry.
• Not an SGCWin employee or affiliate: Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of SGCWin and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. SGCWin may at any time request additional documentation to verify the information provided. False or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and termination.

As part of our KYC compliance obligations, SGCWin may require Players to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal or upon reaching a transaction threshold:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian identity card / passport)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 3 months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header)
• Selfie or live verification photograph at SGCWin's request

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal access. SGCWin handles all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. SGCWin will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.

• You must notify SGCWin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
• SGCWin accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• You must not permit any third party to access your Account on your behalf. All wagers placed through your Account are deemed to have been placed by you personally.
• SGCWin may, at its discretion, lock an Account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

SGCWin accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any processing fees where identifiable.
• SGCWin does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges which are beyond our control.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed network receipt and credited in MYR-equivalent to your Account Balance.
• SGCWin reserves the right to apply additional verification to deposits that trigger internal risk thresholds, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

SGCWin is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Standard processing timeframes are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes during operational hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit on the Account, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal amounts may apply depending on Account tier and method selected.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identification requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements detailed in Clause 8.
• SGCWin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds, including requests for source-of-funds statements.
• In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, SGCWin may freeze withdrawal access pending investigation.

SGCWin offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. When both are present in an Account, Real Money Funds are wagered first.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom are eligible for withdrawal. Current wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x of the bonus amount depending on the specific offer.
• SGCWin reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time with or without notice. Bonuses already in active use will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claim.
• One welcome bonus is permitted per eligible Account. Persons creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as engaging in bonus abuse, which is grounds for Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• SGCWin may apply maximum bet restrictions while a Player has active Bonus Funds. Exceeding applicable bet limits may result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
• All bonuses are for players aged 21 and above only. Play responsibly.

All bets placed on the SGCWin Platform — whether on sports (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, or other covered events), live casino games, slots, esports, or other products — are subject to the specific product rules displayed at the point of wagering in addition to these general Terms.

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after placement, except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the specific product rules (e.g., cash-out feature where applicable).
• SGCWin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or determined to have involved match manipulation, with stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Player per day. SGCWin will publish applicable limits on the relevant betting interface.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to prevailing odds and may be suspended during key match events. SGCWin accepts no liability for delay in bet acceptance during live play.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP certificates are available upon request. SGCWin does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SGCWin Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or using multiple Accounts to circumvent Account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform's favour
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair wagering advantage
• Match-fixing or placing bets with advance knowledge of manipulated sporting outcomes
• Circumventing responsible gambling restrictions including those placed by SGCWin or a self-exclusion registry
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other location-masking technology

SGCWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all Players with access to the following self-management tools directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling period
• Loss limits — Maximum loss amounts per session, day, or week, after which betting access is automatically suspended for the period
• Session time reminders — Alerts notifying you of elapsed session time at intervals of your choosing
• Temporary timeout — Account access suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Permanent self-exclusion — Irrevocable Account closure with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months

The SGCWin Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. We support efforts to prevent underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any legitimate enquiry in this regard.

All content on the SGCWin Platform — including but not limited to the SGCWin name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of SGCWin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of SGCWin.
• Any unauthorised use of SGCWin's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGCWin's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• SGCWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if SGCWin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• SGCWin shall not be liable for interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond SGCWin's reasonable control.
• SGCWin does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or continuously available. Access to specific games or features may be temporarily suspended for technical or regulatory reasons.
• Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and no guarantee of winnings is implied or expressed by SGCWin at any time.

SGCWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or applicable law
• The Account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Continuation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to SGCWin
• The Player is subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement

Upon termination of an Account, any verified Real Money Balance (net of any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation. Bonus Funds and uncleared winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not payable upon termination where a breach of these Terms has been confirmed.

Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws applicable under SGCWin's operating licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to SGCWin's internal dispute resolution process before any other proceedings are initiated.

• To raise a dispute, Players must contact [email protected] with a clear written description of the matter, the relevant Account details, and any supporting evidence.
• SGCWin will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to issue a final decision within 14 calendar days of receiving all relevant documentation.
• Decisions issued by SGCWin in respect of game outcomes, wager settlements, and bonus calculations are final, unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

SGCWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case the change may take effect without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at sgcwin.click/terms-conditions and will display a "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
